Today I received two outstanding business emails from complete strangers. One in the category PHENOMENAL and one in the category IRRITATING. Surprisingly, the phenomenal one did not mention or try to invite me to buy ANYTHING, it was just an awesome display of how to build a relationship. The irritating one triggered all my buttons in how I do NOT want to build a relationship and who I will never become a client of. So much to learn from these two emails.
