The world is changing again, many of our old routines start to take space on the agenda again, like going to the gym. Today was my first visit, after three months of lockdown. I discovered we don't all use disinfectant the same way, some use it as an aftershave! Are you one of the persons who's gotten in better shape during these months, are you one of the totally overwhelmed who feels like you need a vacation at a retreat, or are you somewhere in the middle? I'm one of the more extreme cases I think, with a complete body transformation during quarantine, which is more like self-isolation. Whatever the correct term is, I am eternally grateful for having been able to transform my body. And you can do the same! This episode is a teaser to the upcoming series about how I got myself totally off track, gained 8 kilos of FAT, and then transformed my body into the best shape of my life over the past three months.
