We are 11 practices into fall training camp for the Buckeyes, and head coach Ryan Day has yet to make any announcement on the starting QB battle between Will Howard and Devin Brown. While all signs point to Howard as the favorite, the longer this drags on, the more Ohio State fans begin to question whether Devin Brown has what it takes to win the job. But the bottom line is this, Ryan Day can't let this drag on as long as it did last season.
