He lives in Chattanooga TN where, in 2018, he bought a small HVAC business. After growing it 400% in 5 years he sold it to and joined a private equity team that continues to buy companies across the south east US. He is actively working to transition from business into a full time real estate investor and focuses on flex space and multi tenant industrial properties in TN, GA, and KY.
