Elaine is the current EAL Coordinator (English as an Additional Language) at an academy in Hong Kong. Elaine was born in Hong Kong but moved to Edinburgh, Scotland, when she was only 9 months old. I worked with Elaine for a few years and had the chance to see quite a number of her lessons. Elaine is an elegant and eloquent lady. And the reason I mention that is because I was always impressed at how Elaine could manage her class without having to raise her voice.
