Edwin Booth is the 5th generation of the Booths family to run the medium-sized supermarket group - currently CEO and Chairman.  With 28 stores around the North of England, Booths is often said to be the “Waitrose of the North”. Originally a wine buyer, Edwin shares his passion for wine and food and talks about his pride for how the stores have adapted during lockdown.
