Rod Henderson is a military veteran who has recently completed a book about his 22 years in the military. He is excited to share his journey and writing process on an upcoming podcast. The book is a culmination of his experiences and is set to be released in the next week. He never expected to be on this incredible writing journey, but is grateful to have the opportunity to share his story with others.Rod's memoir, "Stop Screaming, I'm Scared Too," was inspired by his volunteering at the war memorial, where he began sharing his story with the staff. This raw and transparent account of his mental health journey eventually turned into a book. Despite being a first-time author, Rod overcame apprehension and laid his story bare for the world to read.
