Dr. Lance is joined by Rob Jackson, the new director of evangelism and church revitalization. Rob shares his calling and journey to the State Board of Missions to start but quickly joins Rick in a discussion about church revitalization, church health and evangelism. He casts his vision for his new position and how these subjects intertwine and work together to impact churches as they try to always be about the calling God has given them. You'll hear about the process Rob is leading to help guide churches to better health including, Empower. Rob also casts the vision for 'reach more in 24' and how churches might try to reverse the trend of plateauing and declining churches after the season of COVID. A summary of their discussion is that churches need to return to the basics of Christian living and just naturally share their lives with others to help lead the lost to an understanding of Jesus as savior and Lord.
