Listen "Setting Big Goals: From Baby Steps to Running a Marathon"
Episode Synopsis
Many times we're too afraid to set big goals because we're afraid to fail. We think everyone else must have an easier time than us and that we don't have the time, natural ability, resources, whatever to make our goals a reality. But I'm here to tell you that big goals are meant to encourage you – not discourage you – in your progress. The key is to judge whether a goal is right for you based on its achievability, challenge and enjoyment. Here are some of the lessons I've learned training and running a marathon, half marathon and triathlon – and how the same lessons from these big goals apply to your financial goals!I'm also excited to tell you about the Soaring Mothers Summit by my friend Jessica Jackson at the Thriving in Motherhood podcast. You can have free access to the summit when it airs Monday, September 19th and the option for the All Access Pass here. See you there! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
