After over 15 years working in both Napa and Sonoma counties, where he rose through the ranks and refined his craft, Sam set out to make his mark in Oregon’s renowned Willamette Valley in 2016.In 2019, he launched PARRA Wine Co., a boutique winery dedicated to small-batch, handcrafted wines that reflect his philosophy of quality and care. Over the years, Sam has developed close partnerships with respected growers who share his commitment to sustainable practices and passion for the art of winemaking.
