Elsa Henderson moves between the roles of facilitator, coach and educator. Her background is in Process Oriented Psychology and Anthropology and is currently pursuing her doctorate in organisational studies, exploring how we make sense of things when things don't make sense. She is one of the key teachers at MetaVision Institute and someone I learned a lot from in my studies of Processwork. She also has her sun, moon and a few other planets in Sagittarius.
