Hey everyone, I'm Mike, she's Sophie, that's Brenda, and he's Grogu, and We're On the Road with Mickey! This is episode 290, and our feature topic this week is Incorporating Disney at home for the holidays! Today's episode is taking a look at how we incorporate Disney into our lives at home, especially for the holidays. Here's what we talked about:
Cheddar from the Big Cheese:
Sophie: Coming to the Disney Destiny, which as you know, had its Christening last week, a brand new Broadway-style stage adaptation of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Hercules! Aptly titled “Disney Hercules”, the show will stay true to the original story and will feature such iconic songs as “Go the Distance”, “Zero to Hero”, and “I Won’t Say I’m in Love”! In addition, it will also feature a brand new ballad called “Shooting Star”!
Mike: Also coming to the Disney Destiny: Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King, a new Lion King inspired dining experience!
Brenda: Just a friendly reminder to all the early 2026 Walt Disney World guests that the Disney Skyliner will be closed for routine maintenance on January 25-31, 2026. Complimentary bus service will be available in its place.

Miss Dale from Church said “Alice. Normally I am a Mary Poppins girl all the way but her heels and custom would be too much in the park! Alice’s flats and forgiving dress would be so much more comfortable.”
