He has been an influential national campaigner on funding, workload and pay. He is also a Patron of the Institute of School Business Leadership.A regular presenter in workshops and conferences: he has developed approaches on organisational leadership that have been transformational in school culture. He has a strong commitment to evidence-based practice: applying educational research into the classroom to enhance learning.
