Listen "Wisdom Reminders"
Episode Synopsis
Why do we need more talks on happiness or social commentary? We are already inundated.
The answer to this lies in the fact that because of the emotional shifts we experience on any given day, we can often only hang on to what is in front of us.
We need wisdom reminders. Sometimes that comes through a phase in life during which we read voraciously or devour dozens of TED Talks and YouTube videos from the masters. Other times, it is a simple cliche or quote that has never had a ring more true than at that moment for us.
St. Thomas Aquinas: It doesn't matter who said it, as long as it was true.
