Blizzard is open to publishing more games on Switch, Sony and Microsoft partner up and the Sega Genesis Mini gains 10 more classics. The 2020 version of Call of Duty is undergoing a major restructure, Samurai Shodown gets a release date, Nintendo blessed us with a Super Mario Maker 2 Direct, and THQ Nordic teases some e3 titles.

In Games Played, Richard picks up the pilgrimage again in Final Fantasy X for PS Vita, and starts the port of the port of the port of Legend of Kay on Switch. Cesar has impressions of the newly released Rage 2. and unlocks the Game Boy skin in Tetris 99. He has an update on Trails in the Sky and whips up Dracula's minions in Castlevania: Bloodlines on the Castlevania Anniversary Collection for PS4. He and Michael have started A Plague Tale: Innocence and they share some of the early world-building narrative and game mechanics in the surprise hit title. Michael continues the backward compatible Ninja Gaiden 2 on Xbox One X, and starts a conversation on older generation Need for Speed titles, and the differences across platforms.
