Essentials: (for one person)- 1 Pepper- 1/2 Onion- 1 garlic clove- Half a cup of rice (about 60-90g)- Ca. 175g Chestnut or closed cup mushrooms (about half a pack!)- 1 Tomato- Some Feta cheese(can be replaced with other cheese, such as Parmesan, shredded cheese or Vegan cheese)- Seasonings - salt, pepper, chilli flakes, paprika...Extras, if fancy: tomato paste, hot sauce, fresh basil for decoration and extra taste...Ca. 25 minutes prep + 30 minutes oven time!
