Essentials for one person:1 ripe avocadoBit of lemon juice (fresh or bottled - both fine) (limes can be used as a substitute, too)A handful of cherry tomatoes or 1 ripe tomatoOne portion of spaghetti or tagliatelle - or any other pasta!One stem of spring onionsSeasonings: salt, pepper (crushed chili flakes, if looking for some spice)Other fancy additions? I added some radishes and spinach, but you could use salad, sweetcorn, cucumber...Appliances required: Pot, spoon, fork, knife, chopping board and a pasta bowlEnjoy! It will only take about 15-20 minutes to prep.
