Okay so it’s the new year and while we all love a clean slate, the new year doesn’t automatically mean “new you” it’ll just be a new year same sh*t unless…. you work on the changes you need to make!
Todays episode I go through how you can change up the way you enter this year and I ask you to focus on something for 6 months with no distractions.
I want you to reflect on the last few years and look at the goals that seem to consistently leak into every new year with no real progress.
Why does this happen? What do you need to change?
Do you need to change the goal or change parts of you?
Or do you need to abandon it all together because it’s not really aligned with you?
I really want you to be real with yourself friend, this year we’re not wasting time and energy on things that don’t serve the soul.
I’m so excited for what this year has for us - I’m here to support you and serve all the necessary realness you need to hear in order grow into the BEST version of yourself.
