Our Gogoro stock review looks at a Taiwanese electric scooter company that had grand plans for expanding into China. GGR investors accused of being ignorant bigots for daring to suggest that Gogoro - a Taiwan company - might find it extremely tough to become an overnight success in China. Truth be told that China no longer appears on the investor deck for Gogoro and they're now saying that international revenue expansion won't happen until next year. Taking a successful business model and emulating it in emerging markets is very difficult as companies like Uber have found. $GGR stock is now below our market cap threshold of $1 billion, but that's not the only reason we're avoiding the stock. Their declining gross margins lead us to believe this business may not be that profitable, to begin with.
