It's difficult to navigate the struggles of life when we're constantly mismanaging our own faith and reactions to fear and change, especially in tough circumstances. 
This episode (26) is a deeper dive into the things that have helped me manage, grow, and tackle these ideas along with some failures that led to them. Like many things, it's a life long process, but there are things we can do right now to start and continue developing better habits and focus on the things that help us in life and the people we love!
