Listen "Episode 23- Day 21 Drop of 1.37kg in one day! Plus Cheat Day!"
Episode Synopsis
Report on weight: 57.48kg (drop of 1.37kg in one day)
Brunch: Chicken rice but 2/3 of rice given away, so whats left for me is about 1 fistful of rice, green caixin vegetables, plus 1 fruit salad consisting of peaches and blackberries, & a veg salad of mixed greens and cherry tomatoes, my usual roasted sesame sauce dressing.
Dinner: Cheat- went to Newton circus for Sambal BBQ stingray, 2 pc of bbq chicken wings, some cockles in chilli. 4 sticks of satay, 1/2 plate of kailan stirfry in oyster sauce.. i forgo my greenshake since i took some small spoonfuls of rice :(
Supper: i popped another 10 blackberries into mouth last night before i went to bed..
My own takeaway: i realised that i celebrate too soon, the moment i see a drop in weight i am too happy to pack it back in no time. So i got to persevere and press on .. .
Second day where i incorporated fruits into my diet.. i find that its a more balanced diet and meal :)
