Episode Synopsis

Report on weight today: 58.85kg
Brunch: 1 pc of wholemeal bread, 4 prawns, 2 crabsticks, 1 hardboil egg with Salad made from : Shredded carrots, 1 whole avocado, 7-8 cherry tomatoes, mixed greens, with roasted sesame sauce. 
Dinner: Leftover Prawns 4pcs, 1 hardboil egg, handful of mixed greens for salad, 7-8 cherry tomatoes, abt 200 grams of pork chop. 
tip of the day, prepare more in the beginning of the day and use the leftovers to dress up the rest of the meal for the rest of the day... saves time and effort and so it will be totally easy to prepare your meals as you get more and more tired with work and children for rest of the day. :) then we don't have an excuse to back out easily of this weightloss game right ?
Another tip: visit the grocers and remember to stock up the fridge with easy to prepare veg.. i used those salad veg that's in a box, costs about SGD4.50 but i can split that into 3-4 meals for my salads so it's still very worth it and value for money :)
So you can see, i am pumped to create more delicious salad recipes as i find them easier to help me lose weight and making them more wholesome means i dont get hungry so easily.. happy to share more with you in my next few episodes so do stay tuned:)
