Yes, i succeeded in clocking over 10k steps today and we carry out the notch higher today by clocking in exactly 12693 steps to be exact, covering 8.14km by foot in Orchard road today! So what i saw on my Mi Watch was showing me 200 calories burnt today :)
Rules i broke today: 
1 glass of Orange juice in the morning at the hotel before i head out for my 8.14km shopping spree. 
Dinner: a few mouthfuls of noodles when i shouldnt take carbs.. Yong Tau Foo.. 
My Wins for today really: exceeded yesterday's record of 11k+ steps.. my kids and hubby also joined me in my 10k steps challenge :))
200 calories burnt !!! 
Left 2 more days of my jumpstart in my Nuskin TR90 Program and moving on to the remaining days to cover up the entire journey of 90 days.. 
Tomorrow we will be switching hotel so saying Good bye to Orchard Hotel tomorrow at about 12pm for check out.. 
Stay tuned to listen and see if i managed to hit my target of 50kg by end of 90 days or earlier!
