Episode Synopsis
Think about the current goals that you have for yourself. Especially the goals that have been goals for a while. What are you doing to obtain those? Have you outlined all of the steps to get there? Are you following those steps most of the time? I bet that if someone asked you how committed you feel towards this goal, you might say that you are fully committed. Let's take a look at why your brain is not completely truthful with you about this? Why your brain TELLS you that you are fully committed, and how that is not quite true.
