Danielle Anderson is the founder of Step & Stone – a coaching and strategy consultancy for early- and growth-stage entrepreneurs. Step & Stone was founded in London in 2013 and opened a second office in Nairobi in 2017. She has supported hundreds of entrepreneurs across Europe, the Caribbean and east Africa to determine who they're in business for, what exactly they're selling, how to price it and how to talk about it in a way that compels people to care. Danielle has a Bachelor's degree in Management & Organisational Behaviour from New York University, Stern School of Business.  Prior to starting her business, she spent a decade working within investment banking in New York, Chicago and London. Danielle loves freedom, adventure and making connections all over the world. She has lived in 4 countries and has an insatiable wanderlust (75 countries and counting!). She also is super passionate about gym workouts, 90s hip hop and nail art.
