Jacob Waddell is the President/Founder of the Hemp Building Institute (HBI), the former Executive Director of the US Hemp Building Foundation(USHBF) and the former President and Executive Director of the US Hemp Building Association(USHBA). With the USHBA/USHBF and now with the HBI, Jacob has played a pivotal role in increasing the awareness of the industry and leading initiatives such as International Residential Code (IRC) approvals and ASTM standard development for defining hemp hurd.
