Listen "02. Reset for a New Year*"
Episode Synopsis
New year, new you? In this episode, we walk through doing a reset: reflecting on the past year/season/unit of time and setting goals for the next one. Although most new year refreshes are done in January, this one is applicable whenever works best for you: now, at the start of a new school year, the start of the month, or even the beginning of the day. We touch on the importance of reflection and setting realistic goals for ourselves.TRIGGER WARNING: One area I chat about is mental health and feeling low. If that's not something you are in the headspace to reflect on, skip the section from 16:00 to 20:30.
