We had a really great discussion about the impact of what he does, the result, versus the mechanism that he uses to do it. A lot of the time, people who help people 'do things' focus on the mechanism, the track they follow, the product, how much they actually do for people, instead of focusing on the outcome, the results of what is being produced.
