In this episode I am honoured to be joined by @davidgillick - One of Ireland's most successful sprint athletes, Olympian, Podcaster, best setting author, celebrity MasterChef, media contributor & you may recognise him as being on you tv screen everyday as he presented this year’s Olympics in Paris with RTE. I first met David onset of the six o’clock show, it was quite the show as we were joined by the late Coolio, who unfortunately passed away not too long after. He entertained us in the green room with stories of the past as well as joining us all on the show. David is passionate about wellness and his journey to finding a new path after retiring from competing, hasn’t been easy.
