Growing a business beyond just running at yourself and working with the team requires you to progressively and strategically let go of what you are doing. This means letting go of doing it all yourself and letting someone else step in. This is difficult for all of us as entrepreneurs. It is difficult because starting a business requires us to do everything, so we are psychologically conditioned that to be successful, we do everything. There is a reason we have so much trouble letting go, and it also contains the key to helping us let go, let others help us, and feel confident.
