Listen "Conviction"
Episode Synopsis
The more I meet, interview, and talk with chiropractors who are thriving in practice and providing a high level of evidence-informed care, there is one trait that keeps standing out to me, and that is conviction. I don’t mean the bravado and false confidence we see in some leaders or the con artist style of convincing people on false pretenses. In this episode, I discuss the framework I have been teasing out for myself to help me lead with conviction but backed by substance. Whether we are leading our patients, team members, or family, we need to have a level of certainty that impacts them and gives them confidence in our leadership. The good news is, if you aren’t naturally strong in this department, you can improve, and I will show you how I am working on improving myself.
