Hello Everyone! I cannot believe that there are only about 3 months left in 2021! Most of the world is now preparing for a new year and/or entering Holiday mode with various cultural and religion traditions, celebrations and of course food and music. This should be a special time in the year where we all should and need to start reflecting on how we have grown and or changed in this current year and start preparing for an even better year if perhaps it was not a well year for some of us.
