Episode Synopsis

When it comes to negotiating, winning favor, making friends or influencing others, numerous studies along with a growing number of psychologist are moving away from IQ tests and focusing on EQ scores as a better predictor of success in life.
So what is EQ? EQ (which stands for emotional quotient) measures your ability to recognize emotions and responses in yourself and others; whereas IQ measures your ability to learn, understand and apply information. As previously stated, according to numerous studies and white papers, a high EQ person has a greater probability of being successful in life and in their career, while a high IQ person is more likely to be successful in school.
In this week's episode, Host Robyn Post discusses with Caesar Kavadoy and their guest, Kevin Huff the impact that EQ has when it comes to building personal and professional relationships.  If you are looking for some insight and practical wisdom on how to improve your EQ score or how to make the most of your high EQ, tune in as these two long-time business partners discuss how they've leveraged high EQ people to help build some of the largest brands in America today.
