As the creator of the Feeling Fascia method, she helps practitioners and clients understand and work with the body-mind connection in a revolutionized way. Heather is a volunteer co-leader of a 4H group, Wildlings, where she guides students in grades Kindergarten through12 to learn about the natural world around us and reflect on similarities and connections with ourselves and our communities.
