In this episode I am joined by three wonderful yoga teachers who are part of the team at Kidding Around Yoga.  We talk about the challenges that were faced over the passed year, how Kidding Around Yoga stepped up and made the necesary changes, and how they are offering chidlren's yoga trainings in a variety of ways to reach a broad range of chidlren.  We also cover the wide range of benefits yoga can bring to communites and schools.
