Pammie Jimmar, President of the Athens-Limestone County Chamber of Commerce, talks with Lauren Marsh, President of Ridgeline Construction. With early dreams of becoming a dancer, Lauren took a detour with a summer job in the construction business and juggled a new career and young family at the same time. Ridgeline began as a single office focused on roofing repair after the 2011 tornadoes but has since branched out to include 4 offices in Alabama and Florida. A certified Minority Woman-Owned Business, Ridgeline is the 2023 Winner of the Better Business Bureau of North Alabama’s Torch Award for Ethics.
