Alert: …WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM EST
FRIDAY…
* WHAT…Lake effect snow showers will becoming better organized
and persist through Friday morning. New snow accumulations of 4
to 8 inches are expected tonight, with locally higher amounts
possible.
* WHERE…Leelanau, Antrim, Grand Traverse and Kalkaska Counties.
* WHEN…Until 5 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS…Heavy lake effect snow showers will will producing
periods of very low visibilities and slick road conditions. The
hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute tonight as
well as the Friday morning commute.
Instructions: Slow down and use caution while traveling.
