Zoe Fragou joined me to talk about combatting toxic positivity in the workplace and how coaches can validate their emotions and help clients reframe toxic positivity into a healthier meta-emotional landscape for true resilience. 
Zoe is an Organisational Psychologist with an MSc in Human Resources Management, a clinical psychologist license, a diploma in Business Coaching & Mentorship and a Certificate in Agile Leadership. Currently, she is a PhD Candidate at Panteion University, and her research is focused on the psychometrics of corporate culture. 
Alongside her academic interests, she operates professionally, taking over culture transformation projects, employee training and development, business coaching, personal branding, public speaking, and writing for private and corporate clients globally. She is a mentor for Women on Top, a feministic organisation trying to bring equality in the workspace, a senior member of the Hellenic Institute of Coaching, and was voted best career coach in the Global Coaching Conference of 2021.
