In our pursuit to achieving a better self, we must be committed in our goals, its having the ability to set yourself to take action – to do what you need to do and be capable to change the route if so needed, without losing focus on your objective. It should not matter what you feel, what other people may think, if your pursuing your purpose in life then be it and take whatever measure to become happy. Create an effective plan of action – small goals will allow you not to succumb to being overwhelmed, procrastination and stagnation.
