Episode Synopsis "How do we build self discipline? "
How do we build self discipline? Using one of my favorite stoics, Marcus Aurelius he teaches us how to build self discipline, which we can find in his book called meditations. One of the first thing he mentions is finding your purpose. He basically say’s that we have a job or an obligation that we must complete, so why complain. If I must do something for what I was born for, whatever destiny has instore for me don’t complain. But if you can discover your purpose in life, and we all have a purpose, it’s our duty to carry out that purpose. So set your goals, fulfill your purpose in life and be happy with what you do. Tomorrow our next self discipline is Count on yourself. MCP.com
