Mel Ruth is one of my dearest family friends. He is like my uncle but he is my dads best friend. Mel has an amazing story about his experiences and journeys throughout life. In this segment, we will be talking about meditation with Mel and how he practices mediation and enforces it to his students. Mel is one of the most knowledgable, cultured, and interesting person I know and that is why I wanted to interview him. He teaches me so much about life and how it is a journey and I value all the lessons he has taught me.
