On this week’s podcast I had the pleasure of interviewing my mom, Karen Adkins, LPN. She has 32 years of experience in the medical field.   It was great to hear her nursing experience and how communication with unit secretaries and team-based efforts allow for an improved work environment and better patient care.  We dedicate this show to her dear friend and former nursing colleague JoAnn Moran 1966-2016.
