Ohhh boy. This is an emotionallll one.  My beautiful and sweet friend Shauna Dukes is here with me this week. Shauna is one of the strongest, most incredible humans I’ve ever met. She has an energy about her that makes you feel so seen exactly as you are. You would never know she’s carrying the heaviest trauma a mother could ever live through, the loss of a young child. This is a conversation I believe every parent needs to hear.
