Maxing U was born from a need to create  a space where people could find self growth and relationship expertise. At Maxing U we believe that the first step in finding a partner or creating a sustainable relationship with your partner starts with becoming the best version of you.

While we believe in self growth, we firmly believe that growth can only come from pushing the boundaries of our growth in a multitude of arenas. Through our podcast and courses we help our users make key improvements in areas of self care, fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and relationships.

Each week we offer content in the form of our podcast with Coach T and her guest. We look forward to stretching our boundaries and continuing to grow together.
