In this episode I briefly share my thoughts on what a life of substance is vs a more superficial way of being. It is my conviction that a life of substance is a gift we can give others and that it is formed by an intentional engagement with the deeper questions and challenges of our own being and with life - a willingness to wrestle with God, so to speak.      The story of Jacob wrestling with God is found in Genesis 32:22-32. The idea that the man Jacob wrestled with was actually a theophany (God appearing in the form of a man) or a Christophany (a pre-incarnate appearance of the 2nd person of the trinity as a man) is supported by Jacob's own words in verse 30; "So Jacob called the place Peniel, saying, 'It is because I saw God face to face, and yet my life was spared.'"   To learn more about who I am and what God has called me to do check out Master Builder Coaching and Kingdom Coaching Institute.
