In this episode I briefly touch on two different pathways to learning. One is a delivery approach and the other is a discovery approach. Both approaches have their place and merit. But when it comes to learning that results in a higher retention rate and a deeper level of impact in the individual, that learning typically happens through a discovery approach. Coaching, as a professional practice in working with individuals and groups, embodies the discovery pathway.
