Nick Pinchuk is chairman and CEO of Snap-on Incorporated, a $3.3 billion, S&P 500 company located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Founded in 1920, Snap-on is a leading global innovator, manufacturer and marketer of tools, equipment, diagnostics, repair information and systems solutions for professionals. From hand and power tools to information and management systems, they serve customers in aviation and aerospace, agriculture, construction, government and military, among many others.
Nick joined Snap-on in 2002 and has been CEO since 2007; he was named Chairman in 2009. A manufacturing industry veteran and firm believer in the importance of continuous improvement, Nick is one of the industry’s biggest advocates. In 2011, the Career and Technical Education Foundation named Nick its National Business Leader of the Year. And in 2012, SkillsUSA awarded Nick “Champion of the Year” for his extensive work in supporting and influencing the growth of a highly skilled workforce throughout America. And recently he was named to the 2014 IndustryWeek Manufacturing Hall of Fame.
