Hey MCE Fam! The new year starts now. Don't allow another minute to go by without starting your new year now. You deserve it. In this episode, we discuss our journey on fitness, our cocoon-like phase which helped us change our mindset, and definitely encourage you to get after it. We know this has been a tough year and not everyone we wanted to start this year with is here now, but that's even more reason to get after it and be your best.
