The GO Fest news bomb has been dropped and we are here to pick up the pieces! We have pages and pages of GO Fest details to sort through, as this year’s big event looks to be accessible to more Trainers than ever! From a title sponsor to a discounted ticket price, there is plenty to cover right out of the gate. Niantic has made it easy to see the differences between the free and paid experiences, but for $5, the included value is absolutely insane.
 
We work our way through the blog detail by detail and break down the different event points on both Saturday and Sunday, which will prove to have unique experiences each day. There will be a ton of new Shiny Pokémon released as well as some serious rewards and bonuses. The hype level is absolutely at an all time high.
 
In addition to the GO Fest details, Niantic also released their June update! We walk through the upcoming calendar which includes new Raid Bosses and events, as well as many returning monthly staples. With Gible Community Day leading off the month, Trainers will have an amazing lead up to GO Fest in July.
 
After the break we check in with good friend of the show Pelo who helps us understand the current bug that is plaguing the GO Snapshot community. It appears that there are some inconsistent removal of animations across many different Pokémon, which limits the creativity of AR Photographers to interact with their buddy Pokémon. Hopefully we can amplify the message and get it out to the world!
 
Finally we run through the GO Battle League Season 8 Update which features Meinfoo! There will also be a bunch of new Leagues and options to get involved as it seems like the road to Rank 20 will be more accessible than ever!
