"I don't have a dream job because I don't dream of labor."

I am at this junction of my life where I am clearly seeing how my values and training are clashing in real time. I was trained to invest my way out of the proverbial rat race. I was taught to invest and run businesses and generate profit. Then rinse and repeat and rinse and repeat and rinse and repeat.

What I wasn't taught is how I could (and should) use those skills to fit into the hopeful reality that I was investing for. I didn't learn how those skills should fit into healthy relationships or a thriving workplace or my neighborhood.

But that's the community I'm yearning for. So I have to figure out how to best meld these (seeming) opposites and I just wanted to share this process with you all.
